Largemouth Bass | Bass fishing has been fair, but there haven't been many anglers on the lake. Fishing should begin to pick up as bass move up for the spawn. Soft plastics, jigs, and crank baits are good options. |
Crappie | The crappie fishing is beginning to pick up. Black and chartreuse jigs and/or minnows will both produce some bites. |
Bream | Bream fishing has begun to pick up a little. Crickets and worms tight lined on the bottom are working as well as anything, but don't over look small spinners as the bite improves. |
Catfish | The catfish bite is slow. Target drop-offfs and deeper shoreline cover like laydowns with tight lined liver and/or night crawlers. |
